Enjoy a relaxing stay in this beautiful Scandinavian-style cottage, set within private gardens and just a short stroll from the beach. Perfect for family reunions, group getaways, or relaxing breaks with friends, Ancton Way offers comfort, space, and a peaceful coastal setting.

Nestled in lovely gardens and backing onto woodland the property offers flat, easy walks along the lane to the beach,making it ideal for guests of all ages.

Upon entering the house, guests are welcomed by a spacious hallway. On this floor you’ll find a shower room with WC and a utility room equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The kitchen and dining area is designed for entertaining, with a large dining table seating up to 10 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together you have whipped up in the kitchen or why not try something from one of the local takeaways. The kitchen itself is very well equipped to self cater for your stay with kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer (with a further small fridge freezer in the utility room), electric oven and hob and microwave.

The sitting room has plenty of comfortable seating for guests to snuggle up in the evening to watch the smart tv or sit and enjoy the view of the garden. This room has access to the veranda a lovely spot to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. Also on the ground floor there is a king size room with an en suite shower room.

Upstairs to the first floor there is a large landing the hosts have set up as a play room with a large smart TV. There are three bedrooms off this area, the master bedroom with double and single bed, a double room with a camp bed and lastly a twin room. The family bathroom is on the first floor with shower over the bath.

Outside the house is surrounded by lovely private gardens, there is a large driveway with enough parking for at least 4 cars.
